With over 30 years of experience in spiritual counseling and energy medicine, I’ve come to understand that healing begins not with fixing, but with how we meet what lives inside us. Your system already knows all about wholeness. My role is to align with that awareness and help you find your way back to it with care, skill, and reverence.

What I Believe About Healing

I believe we are spiritual beings having a human experience. The very essence of each one of us is whole, indestructible, and light-filled. So at the core—nothing is wrong with you. Of course, being human comes with limits and pain. We carry ancestral patterns, karmic lessons, and unhealed wounds that can feel like evidence that we are broken. But I’ve seen again and again—when we trust ourselves, radically accept our process, and allow what wants to unfold, we find our way. Healing happens when we listen deeply.

My heart is huge for you. I hold an unshakable knowing of your core goodness while offering a rare level of nonjudgmental presence and a fierce commitment to your soul’s unfolding. I do this while staying rooted in myself and being the medicine I offer.

Clients often describe our work as both profound and practical—like being seen through a lens that finally brings clarity. I bridge the intuitive with the embodied, the sacred with the everyday, so you can reconnect with your core being, your fundamental goodness, and your innate ease.

A Personal Note

I remain enraptured, fascinated, and in love with this work. There are few things that bring me more joy than sitting with a client, fully present, and witnessing how things unfold. What a blessing.

How I Work

Energy Work

Working within the energy field of my clients allows me to sense the origins of their struggle and support the system to realign with its deepest resources. The form of energy work I offer is field-guided—meaning your energy field directs the session. Unlike more prescriptive approaches, I have no agenda or fixed formula. Your field and your guides, direct the show entirely.

I invite each client to begin with a clear intention—for example, “I want to heal a relationship,” or “I want to feel abundant.” From there, your field reveals what needs to shift in order to become an energetic match for that desire. Sometimes simply offering welcome and loving attention is all that’s needed for change to begin.

Embodied Energetics

In addition to energy work, I offer a wide range of supports drawn from my training across traditions:
• Nature-based ritual
• Somatic presencing
• Astrological inquiry
• Art therapy
• Elemental divination
• Flower essences and vibrational medicine

Together, I call this “Embodied Energetics”—an approach that meets your being on every level: physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.

My Path

A Lifelong Calling

I’ve been passionate about human development—emotional, spiritual, and intuitive—since childhood. My professional journey began early, working with runaway teens and later with people with developmental disabilities. In 1993, I formed my private practice in counseling, energy work, and flower essences and never wavered.

Energy Work Beginnings

In my early 20s, my father taught me a simple energy clearing technique. It was like being handed an instrument I’d been playing for 1000 years and had forgotten about. From that moment, I knew: this is my work. I didn’t want to be confined by a rigid method—I wanted to remember what lived inside me. And so I’ve spent the last 30 years doing just that. This practice continues to be a journey of trusting myself completely and getting out of the way.

Education & Mentorship

  • MA in Psychology from Meridian University (formerly Institute of Imaginal Studies)

  • 2-year apprenticeship in African shamanism with Malidoma Somé—learning the realm of ritual, indigenous wisdom, and elemental healing

  • 25+ year mentorship with Isabelle Lambert, master energy worker

  • Over 25 years of Authentic Movement practice

  • 20 years of training in couples and relational work (specifically PRH) supported by my own 29-year marriage

  • Trillium Awakening Teacher (2019–2022): supporting embodied spiritual awakening through embodied presence, mutuality, and consciousness

  • Astrology training (2020–2025): beginner to advanced levels, including specialized courses on Chiron: The Wounded Healer, Pluto in Aquarius, and Transgenerational Astrology

  • Bone Divination (2020-2022): divination training with Malidoma Some, (2024–2025): 9-month intensive training in ancestral divination

  • Founder & Teacher of Awakening to Wholeness: The School of Embodied Energetics (2015–2020): a two-year program in energetic healing with a two-year advanced track
