Services

I use a variety of different modalities because each offers its own unique way of seeing a person and I endeavor to see you in your wholeness! These approaches have been essential in my own healing and I know them intimately from the inside out. Together they support deep healing, spiritual integration, and embodied alignment. Whether you're seeking emotional connection, energetic realignment, or soulful guidance, we’ll work together in a way that honors your timing, your truth, and your unique path.

Holistic Counseling

Seasoned and skillful support for life’s complexities. My approach is intuitive, relational, and grounded in over 30 years of experience. I bring a warm, attuned presence to sessions and work in a way that invites your whole self—mind, body, heart, and spirit. Sessions are tailored to meet the moment and often include conversation, somatic awareness, inner parts work, and intuitive insight.

Even if you’ve tried many paths before, it is possible for you to find relief, clarity and transformation. You don’t need to be fixed, you are already whole. Together we’ll access the parts of you that remember the way.

Roots

Energy Work

This is the heart of my work. Your energy field guides each session, showing us what’s ready to be seen, healed, or shifted. There is no preset plan, you set an intention and I deeply listen, using subtle perception and loving attention to what your system is already trying to unfold.

What I love most about this work is its ability to efficiently get to the underlying patterns inside of us in a way talk therapy simply cannot. For example you may want to feel unshakable self-love but carry an ancestral template, an unconscious belief or a protective pattern of running energy that counters your desire. This can be discerned and shifted through the energy field.

Parts Work

We are a each made of many aspects of being: critical parts, playful parts, driven parts, a multitude of connected and diverse, and sometimes contradictory aspects of self. Parts work involves working with the many inner selves that make up your internal system. It is amazing the relief we can feel when we listen to and understand the different aspects of ourselves, especially those that feel hurt, protective, reactive or stuck.

By meeting them with curiosity and compassion, we build inner safety, restore communication within and reconnect with our natural sense of wholeness. Using elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and intuitive inquiry, we give voice to protectors, exiles, and inner guides. Parts work can be gentle and profound, especially for navigating trauma, decision-making, or inner conflict.

Astrology

Astrology blows my mind. It makes no sense at all why it would even be relevant and yet time after time this tool proves itself to be of value. For one thing it can help us to differentiate what is a passing challenge and what is part of our wiring. It also offers a way of seeing the self that can bring a deeper awareness of our innate gifts and acceptance of our limitations.

I offer natal chart readings, transit readings and relationship readings to help you understand your path, your cycles, and your soul's deeper invitations. These sessions support clarity, timing, and decision-making from a place of deeper knowing.

Light Blossoms flower essence sprays

Flower Essences & Herbal Allies

These are subtle plant medicines that support emotional, energetic, and spiritual healing. I work with my own line of flower essence sprays, Light Blossoms, as well as creating custom formulas to support the specificity of you! Sessions may include choosing or creating a blend that supports your current process. These remedies work well in tandem with therapy or energy work.

I have also spent many years learning about herbs for mental health as an alternative when pharmaceuticals are not desired or well-tolerated. While I don’t prescribe or diagnose, I share this knowledge as part of an integrative, education-based approach to care.

Bone Throwing Divination

Divination is a way of creating a bridge directly to spirit to receive direction, reflection and support. This unique form of divination uses a set of meaningful objects collected over a lifetime (bones, shells, stones and figures) that are cast on a cloth. Each piece carries symbolic meaning as does where it lands on the cloth and its relationship to the other pieces.

A session opens a field of connection with Spirit and ancestors and reveals the deeper story or pattern moving through your life right now. This work connects you to the elements and always ends with a custom ritual prescription outlined by the reading.

Ritual Prescriptions

When you are facing a threshold experience, an ending, a beginning or a longing, a transformational ritual can help mark the moment and move energy. I co-create simple, earth-rooted rituals that support whatever your system is calling for. These are likely to include the elements (earth, fire, water, stone and nature) movement, offerings, writing, praying, singing, listening or whatever your spirit calls up.

Art Therapy

Creative expression can offer insight where words fall short. I often invite clients to explore art-making as part of their integration process. This usually involves simple practices like collage, drawing, or movement-based creative tasks that allow inner material to surface and take shape. This isn’t about skill or aesthetics, but about connection: to feeling, to unconscious patterns, to the soul's symbolic language.

Art therapy may be offered as homework to deepen work done in session, offering a way to engage with your healing from an intuitive, embodied and often surprising angle.

A Liberatory Approach

I am deeply committed to the principles of social justice and to the collective work of liberation from systems of oppression. I view healing through the lens of how white supremacy, patriarchy, and structural devaluation harm all of us.

It continues to move me how powerful it can be to name these forces — to recognize the systemic devaluing of women, children, people with disabilities, and people of color; the constraints placed on men and what they are permitted to express; and the chronic lack of care for families, young people starting out, and elders.

This orientation shapes how I show up with clients — not as a framework to impose, but as a way of listening, witnessing, and honoring the full complexity of lived experience.
